Channel 5 is celebrating volunteerism. High Five segments recognize and honor local nonprofit organizations and the volunteers that serve our community by giving of their time, concern and care. The High Five program promotes the nonprofits in our area striving to enrich the quality of life in northern Nevada and northeastern California. It also salutes the work of these organizations and volunteers, which share Channel 5's commitment to advancing education, culture and citizenship. High-Five features are spots aired on KNPB/Channel 5 and its translators throughout the broadcast day.
