We also offer the only fixed uplink between Salt Lake City and Sacramento, which allows us to contribute local experts to national news organizations such as CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, Bloomberg, etc. If you have a newsmaker who needs to be seen and heard, KNPB can help make that happen.

The KNPB Rate Card is based on a daily rate, 10 hour work days, inclusive from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Rates for holidays, weekends and from midnight to 8 a.m. is computed at 1.5 times standard rate.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled facility use will be charged at 50% of the normal rate. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled facility use will be charged at full rate.

• Renter is to provide proof of insurance.

• Renter is required to prove competency in the use of the equipment to KNPB’s satisfaction.

• Multi-camera productions which occur out of town or greater than 2 days duration require a KNPB engineer to accompany the equipment. Daily rate for the KNPB engineer is $250 per 10 hour day plus $45 per day per diem, plus lodging and transportation.

• Except for post-production, the smallest time increment for production rentals is one half day.

• Crew is not included in the quoted rates, unless it is noted.
