Students will explore ways that various cultural groups have established traditions which preserve their cultural heritages in Nevada: Native Americans through basketry, Basque Americans through their hotel/restaurants, and Portuguese Americans through their community-wide celebration of the Feast of the Holy Ghost.

Students will:
